“It seemed like this was one big Prozac nation, one big mess of malaise. Perhaps the next time half a million people gather for a protest march on the White House green it will not be for abortion rights or gay liberation, but because we’re all so bummed out.” -elizabeth wurtzel

“You are the embodiment of the information you choose to accept and act upon. To change your circumstances you need to change your thinking and subsequent actions.” “Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.”

Hi there!!
I am 24 and have been pulling since 6th grade. This was my first sign of mental illness which was followed by anorexia w/ ocd, anxiety and major depressive disorder. I am still pulling and cannot resist touching the stubble. I am tired of making up lies about why I have a bald spot and constantly touching my scalp.
my story? well maybe it all stems from being over-medicated and big pharma promoting "new and innovative" drugs. adderall and benzos are my pills of choice and really don't know if there is any way out. i mean how do you stop when these pills are your means of functioning?
clean for about 6 months--- still craving but nyc coke is wack... so move here--- it is a great treatment option.
I am not a person with Parkinson's. I am here to support PWPs.
