I did another workout yesterday, so that's two days in a row. Now I hurt worse, because I did a few different things than I did the day before. I did some strength training and walked on the treadmill while I watched a game, as well as situps. So now my legs hurt, in addition to my upper-body (from the boxing) and somewhat my abs.
Today, I went to the mall and did some walking, though that's not necessarily real exercise. Especially with the pain I'm in, I definitely don't feel like working out some more today...I probably will, though. I'll probably try some boxing again and do situps, at the very least. Maybe some strength training again, too. My eating habits have generally been okay...it's just that I drink too many sodas, although I drink a lot of water, too. Still, I know I'm going to have to cut down to, at most, one soda a day.
