I had an LH surge today which saved me from having to do a trigger shot! I have 3 follicles...25 mm, 22 mm and 18mm. The doc said the 2 larger ones will definately release a fertilizable egg and the smaller one may or may not. I had an iui today and I will have another on Sunday. Unfortunately, they are closed on saturday because of the holiday weekend 
The doc said I have nothing to worry about because DHs sample was so good, 150 million and 93% motility, they'll still be there tomorrow! I want to be optimistic but I've gotten my hopes up so many times to only be heartbroken when the cycle fails. So now I need to keep myself distracted for 2 weeks...if anyone has any good ideas, I am open to suggestions!

Wow! Sounds great to me. There is nothing preventing you from trying on your own on Saturday (unless the RE told you otherwise). We'll be in this 2 week insanity together!
