  Hello - thanks so much for the message - I am doing OK - back on prednisilone but that works for me, although I'd rather not be on any meds. But at least it does work. How are you doing? I remember how difficult it was for me to get through school with CD - and then when I did my teaching degree - the early years of teaching were punctuated with flare ups - BUT I got through it AND so will you. You have a strong spirit and I don't doubt for one minute that you will win over this condition - you will learn to live around it so that it doesn't affect your life so much - you will win and you will go through remission. It won't beat you. Thinking of you.

  Hey sweetie...I am doing good...getting more use to this food change....had a great Vacation..Only it went to Quick...was able to get a motorcycle ride in before it was over....:0 that was FUN....
