I'm 44 years old, divorced after 21 years of marriage. Married my childhood sweetheart in Dec 2002. Have 6 children which include biological, adopted and step. Have 8 grand children. Only kids still at home are the dogs, cats and fish ..LOL I work at the Home Office for the worlds larges Retailer as a Work Flow Coordinator for Accounts Receivable Transportation Receipts. My current Diagnostic conditions are Arnold-Chiari Malformation with other indication on MRI, Degenerative Disc and Joint Disease, NASH, Hyperplasia Tumor's on both Adrenal Glands, Bi-Lateral Meniere's Disease, Vertical Nystagmus, Severe Hearing lost now wearing aids, High Blood Pressure, Orthostatic Hypotesion, Sleep Apnea, Restless Leg Syndrome, Gastro esophageal Reflux Disease, Possible Panic attacks and depression, High Triglycerides, Diagnostic Diaphragmatic Hernia, .

Close Chronic Pain
Arnold Chiari Malformation, Degenerative Disc of the Cervical and Lumbar and Joint Disease. My knees are tilted and rubbing bone on bone. I have a lot of pain in different areas. I have to be careful of my every movement or I throw something out of whack. The weather changes see to make things worse.
Treatments
- Cymbalta Not Working
- Makes me sick.
- Flexeril Not Working
- no change in pain. no side affects.
- Heat Somewhat Helpful
- helpful sometimes. but I have'tfound a hearing pad for my whole body yet..lol and it's hard to carry one around every where you are.
- Naproxen Not Working
- Causes bad pain in the stomach.
- Neurontin Not Working
- Still had pain and very bad edema.
- Oxycodone Not Working
- Allergic
- Physical Therapy Not Working
- tried to work on one area caused pain in a diffent area.
- TENS Somewhat Helpful
- some times its helpful. sometimes /i think its makes it worse.

- doesn't control my pressure by it's self. No side effects for me.
- Verapamil Not Working
- did not work for me..
- Norvasc Somewhat Helpful
- I take both Amlodpine in the morning and lisinoprill at night so far no side effects that Im aware of. Taking both still does not always control my pressure.

- I only had one blood work up since being place on this at 3 months. there was no change in the count at that time. Possible side effects are leg cramps.

- CPAP Working / Worked
- I use a nasal pillow which my DR think I might need a full face mask. CPAP has helped alot I do still stop breathing a few times an hour. NO side effects. not so good when you have a cold and stuffy nose.

Open Hearing Loss & Deafness
Type: Sensorineural (Severe)Have hearing loss due to Chiari Malformation with Bi -Lateral Meniere's. Had Endolymphatic Sac decompression to release pressure off the left side and lost more hearing.

- Hearing Aids Somewhat Helpful
- Currently wear Bi-Lateral Oticon Eqop behind the Ear receiver. I started out with in the ear receiver but I guess due to the moisture in the ears the receiver kept quitting. I still have a problem hearing especially at work and have problems with word discrepancies. My audiologist is still working on trying to get the setting that are right for me. It's making it a little more difficult because my hearing in the left ear has dropped twice since the surgery in Feb 09.

Open Stuttering
I've begun to stutter more often and can't spit out the words that I want to say. I have Arnold Chiari Malformation and this is one of the symptoms.

Because I'm Obese and need to lose half my weight. DX with NASH and need fast weigh loss in the next 6 months.
