May God bless you and keep you in perfect peace. Here are some encouraging bible verses to uplift you. Remember, faith moves mountains and you can get through anything in the name of Jesus.
John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
Psalm 27:1
Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord.
Psalm 31:24
But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, "With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible."
Matthew 19:26
For thou wilt light my candle: the LORD my God will enlighten my darkness.
Psalm 18:28
I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
Psalm 34:4
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
2 Timothy 1:7
Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee; he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
Psalm 55:22
I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Philippians 4:13
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Philippians 4:19
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
Hebrews 11:1

I really enjoyed reading your post about building immunity. It's a good reminder of what I should be doing! I also need to sleep more than most. Hope you're keeping well and managing your GI issues. Karen

Close Cystic Fibrosis
I wasn't diagnosed with CF until the age of 27 (I'm now 32). I'm very lucky in that my respiratory symptoms are pretty mild. I have mostly GI issues (pancreatitis, GERD, motility problems, etc). I also have a lot of other unusual health issues that may or may not be related to CF, at least indirectly (such as gastroparesis, gyn complications, and a heart arrythmia that may be medication related). I'm hoping to learn a little on this site and maybe meet others who have some similar issues.
Treatments
- Creon Considering
- I don't take them as regularly as I'm supposed to. I used to think that they helped a little, but sometimes they seem to bother my stomach, causing nausea and an increase in abdominal pain (mainly since my newer diagnosis of gastroparesis).
- Hypertonic Saline Working / Worked
- I think this helps a lot!!
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- This is probably what helps me most.
