  Just one day at a time. Before you do anything, upon waking ask for help in deeping you clear of your 'i kno't care attitude and any foods that are not feeding your well-being. I gave up sugar, that helps alot toward eating more healthily, though it does not erase compulsive overeating. I too am a social worker (for46 years) and i spent many years loving others the way i couldn;t love myself,, do not make that mistake. my gram used to say 'do it now, before you can't take it offf and get it under control'. I heard that as I was not loveable as I was. She intended for me to hear how much she loved me and what her painful experience had been so that I might avoid it! love, Sunni
