I had a great Thanksgiving and hope everyone else did too! The decorations are almost done and the whole block is starting to be lit up....It's so cool because everyone seems to have all different stuff...there are no doubles at all yet! Our blow up stuff is awesome...I love the Santa we have! My son and his girlfriend went shopping today and they had so much fun! They already wrapped the gifts and they are in the tree cause they were small.....I wish that I found shopping so much fun....I do most of it online now so I don't get overwhelmed in the stores.

i haven't got any decorations up yet . i worked outside yesterday getting my fall decorations down , i sure hated to see my scarecrows go lol. it snowed all night , it didn't really stick , we only have about an inch . i need to get outside and get all my birdfeeders filled up , those little birdies are hungry lol. xoxoxoxoxxoo love you

Well, I also love to see the houses all decorated and such. I too get excited this time of year, but also sad because the real Santa for me is in heaven (God rest her soul, she was born right around Xmas time too - coincidence huh??). I miss her sooo much and cry every time I think of her, she was my Nanny, my Auntie my love. OK off the soapbox MJD!! Have a blessed Holiday season too!!! MJD

I don't like shopping in the stores either! I layed low until Sunday. The good deals were not worth getting out in the crowds any earlier. Sunday was a good day to shop, even though some of the items were pick over. My son's birthday is next week, so I was forced to face going to the store! I am very happy about the holidays even though I don't have much money to buy gifts. My son is already enjoying the holiday season! Love and hugs to you!!!
