I keep having bad and weird dreams. I keep trying to think of pretty things as I fall asleep so I can dream about them, people say you will dream about the last thing you thought of, but it isn't working. I hate when they wake me up, even if they aren't bad they are freakin weird....last night was about Tom Cruise ,who I can't stand, and he was waiting with some little boy for me to feed them. Where the HELL did that come from? LOL......I wish there was a dream machine where you get to pick from. Happy Sunday!!!!!!!

Oh! Glad to meet another person who can't stand Tom Cruise! But I have to tell you I have had awful dreams for a very long time. Finally when they put me on that second medication they went away and I sleep better unless I get stressed. Then the crappy dreaming is back. Tina's problem got me dreaming crappy again! What was helpful is that I take that second medication at night and it seems to help. Are you taking any meds before you go to sleep? It doesn't matter to me if I think happy thoughts before sleeping. Something is just disrupted in my sleep pattern. Seems the medication is helping to fix this. As you know I have been feeling like crap due to some of the stress this month. I am afraid my medication needs increased.

i hateeeeeeeeee bad dreams , i heard on fox news this morning (there was a doctor on )anyway he said that it had been proven that if you keep fresh flowers that have a sweet smell like roses right next to your bed , it will keep you from having bad dreams . lol i don't know if it would work or not but thats what he said ... love you xoxoxoxox

Have you ever dreamed that you were in a crowd of people naked? Several months ago, I dreamed that somebody dropped me off at the church I attend. When I walked in the doors, the entire congregation started laughing and that is when I realized that I was standing there nude. The last thing I remember is I was laying balled up on the floor and crying. I was so happy when I woke up and realized it was just a dream.
