Type: Clinical (Major) Depression29 been diagnosed with depression on/off for 15 years, been on countless meds, had counselling, cbt etc.. Been med free 3 months & going well so far...

- Tells you obvious trains of thought you should have & use!

- Cant remember, been so many

- Worked really well for a few years but for some reason stopped & I tried to commit suicide so took me off it

- Dont think I found the right counsellor

- Very lucky to have a fantastic support network

- Its definatly helpful to write down youre thoughts & get them off your chest

- Knocked me for 6 like an elephant tranquilliser not good for me at all put in 2 stone in5 months!!

Havent actually had a definate diagnosis, waiting for a scan/laparoscopy severe ovulation pain lasting untill period has gone, bleeding after sex, lower back ache, stabbing pains
Open Anger Management
In another few groups on here, but just joining this 1 as my anger is getting out of control, I just dont know what to do, feel like Im going crazy! Never used to be like this, my kids drive me insane, my boyfriend too! I get so angry, this boiling, intense rage in my stomach, I shout, scream, hit walls, throw things! Why am I like this?? Its starting to scare me!!

It comes on all of a sudden, my heart is beating so, so fast I can feel & hear it everywhere, Im shaky, dizzy, sweating, I feel completely out of control, Im scared!!!
