I have palendromic RA (comes and goes) but now it seems here to stay. Tested neg for years then was diag when I actually was not feeling too bad. Ups and downs. Confusing symptoms, never sure whether to go to the doctor or just ignore and go on. Have swollen glands off and on for years. Finally started seeing an oncologist anually to keep tabs on that - no change. Just part of the RA. I have doubled my weight in the last 15 years, due to pain and depression. Can't sleep well at all.
