I've had severe fibro since I was in a car accident at 19. Since then I've tried just about every treatment, and found that balancing and budgeting my time, efforts, and energy are the most successful ways for me to deal with my fibro. That and laughter truly is the best medicine.

I've had TMJ disorder since I was a teen. I suspect it started due to all the orthedonture I had as a kid, but my parents refused to look into it.
