This is so very very moving I agree acro can shut a person down its sneaky its silent it wants to change you inwardly and outwardly its like you are being gripped by something that wants you to itself dont give up I am glad some people never gave up on me and it can be done I havent an easy answer but knowing you are not alone so helps in the battle when someone holds out their hand to you and understands.Jokeyx
