Happy Easter, Happy Spring!
7 baby goats! sounds like fun. Hope the weather is starting to get nice there. It's snowing here today. I just came back from Minnesota & had expected the worst but spent most of the week wearing a SWEATER instead of a winter coat!!!! and hardly saw any snow on the ground & it did not snow at all while I was there. I hope things are going well for you. Sometimes no news really is good news;-)

Hi, I have a Pituitary tumor, too. I understand the depression that goes along with it. I have a person with Acro that calls me at the Crisis Center regularly. We sort of made fast friends the night she called wanting to die.
hope you had a good 1st semester and that the 2nd one is even better and that things are going well on the home front too. Take care, Love, Rose
My husband David was diagnosed in 2001; we have gone through brain surgery, Somavert injections, linux (?) scalpel radiation when the tumor came back, and now constant monitoring of hormone levels, mood swings, Somavert adjustments, depression, low libido, high anger levels you name it. BUT, the tumor is smaller! However, I need help dealing with the emotional stress of having a husband who feels like he is losing his identity. He had lost most of his hearing from the radiation, which apparantly withered his auditory nerves. He can no longer read for pleasure. He is a former teacher (had to retire after radiation) whose kids have left the nest- I am his second wife (been there since the origianl diagnosis) and am starting a non profit for kids with physical/emotional challenges to come up and visit our ranch, and learn about animals and the environment. I am hoping this project will get David feeling like he has a purpose again.
