Breakfast:
New juice Drink:
1 stem celery
1 carrot
cube of cucumber
1 small apple
1 small orange
1 small pear
---This tasted great! perfect breakfast drink!
AND
Veggie Omlett
2 egg white
1whole egg
5 spinach leaves (diced)
sliver of green pepper
1/4 tomato
mixed all together with chili powder and garlic spice no salt, no cheese! It tasted good. Will take me getting used to... since im used to cheese and hour cream and salt on omlettes.
AND a banana on the side.
** Im full, feel good.... lets see what ill eat for luch...***

Hi, my goal is to lose 75lbs in 9 months (2 lbs a week)
I am going to be writing about my experience and maybe some good, healthy food ideas that I have come up with.
Here is my first:
My first Juice Mix!
1 carrot 1 stem of celery 1 2in cube of cucumber 1 small pear 1 slice of melon 5 blackberries I blended these things in my juicer. Dispite the fact that there is no sugar, it tastes GREAT! you can taste each individual item in it, but it naturally bitter sweet! and those little items made a full tall glass! The only thing that could make it better, would be a strainer. There is some pulp in it... but its not bad at all!
Tomorrow I think Ill add an ORANGE and some flavorless fiber powder. Make it a yummy breakfast drink!






I guess a cup of coffee and two pieces of toast which works rather well for me, does not count as a healthy breakfast? lollol Eric
