Close Carcinoid Syndrome

2 1/2 years ago my husband had colon surgery and they removed a large carcinoid tumor and part of the colon, but it had snowflaked all over his liver. He felt great for the first two years, but in the last 3 or 4 months has lost appitite, weight, and all strength. We have him on Ensure, and many vitamin waters, etc, but nothing seems to be helping. He had to quit working this past week. He is so weak, he teaches his sunday school class from a chair. Any ideas on this fatigue????
