    are you walking daily already? good for you! how far are you going everyday? have you seen a change in your SHAPE yet? i was in a weight funk, but i noticed i had lost a 1/2 inch in each arm!! you ROCK!

    How is it coming with the walk an hour each day goal? I am not sure I could walk for an hour. I lose interest after 15 minutes.
