I like to walk, it gives you a whole new perspective on the area. My kids also gave me an ipod which I loaded up with my favorite music, so I can just focus on that. It makes the walking more enjoyable. Once you do it on a regular basis it will become relaxing.
Its a great way to deal with stress too.
