Hello to you! How was your trip to South Africa? Sounds like you are a world traveler. Im doing okay myself. Just had to stop taking one of my meds due to the side-affects it gave me. Im still on narcotics for my back pain and had a bad headache the other day. but I am doing okay. Soon Thanksgiving will be here. hope that you are feeling better from going to the dentist.
