      Music Somewhat Helpful
      I try to encourage myself with my gospel music. If I listen to songs me and my DH used to enjoy, I reminisce. SOmetimes current situation just makes me to angry to enjoy or relax.
      Talking Somewhat Helpful
      My friends listen, but they can't fully identify and there is nothing they can do...My DH will ignore me and rejects my pleas for sharing how he feels. It doesn't work until his depression phase passes. Then he acts as though nothing happened...
