I had been diagnosed with ADHD right before I left for a 1 year contract in Iraq. I am currently in Iraq now dealing with this new way to look at my life.
Migraine headachs have haunted my exsistance sence I has a child. Now they seem to be more under control. I now have about 2 migraines a month, which is a great improvment on what it use to be like.
Anxiety is a tough one to beat on your own. My current job is in Iraq and fear and anxiety can not be helped. But the medication does make it bearable. It also helps to have a good support line of family and friends to help your through rough times.
