About Me
I am a Network Administrator currently on contract in Iraq. I have been living with ADAH my whole life, but did not know that's what I had until recently. Now my world has unlocked a little bit and my family has a better understanding on how I work and why I do the things I do.

Close ADHD / ADD
I had been diagnosed with ADHD right before I left for a 1 year contract in Iraq. I am currently in Iraq now dealing with this new way to look at my life.
Treatments
Close Migraine Headaches
Migraine headachs have haunted my exsistance sence I has a child. Now they seem to be more under control. I now have about 2 migraines a month, which is a great improvment on what it use to be like.
Treatments
- Imitrex Working / Worked
- I am currently taking 50gm and it works. It hits about 40 min's after taking it. Sometimes it makes me feel druged out at times.
- Excedrin Somewhat Helpful
- Works if I can catch the headache in time before it becomes a full blown Migraine. Of course I almost always take the Excedrin Migraine which I think just has caffeine added to it. Don't take at night, can make you jittery and sleeplessness can and will happen.
Open Anxiety
Anxiety is a tough one to beat on your own. My current job is in Iraq and fear and anxiety can not be helped. But the medication does make it bearable. It also helps to have a good support line of family and friends to help your through rough times.
Treatments
- Celexa Working / Worked
- Seems to work for my anxiety and mild depression. I work in a war zone in Iraq and its helped me deal with what goes on around me. I also have been recently diagnosed with ADHD. From what I have been reading this is a co morbid symptom with ADHD. I am currently taking 20mg once a day.
