I am a five foot 290 pound female looking for help in losing weight. I have many health issues that could be lessened or eliminated with weight loss. I have 4 children and 6 grandchildren. I love cooking, scrapbooking, and aquaexercises. I enjoy camping and travelling. My latest excursion was to wyoming and montana. Loved it.

I really need to lose over 100 pounds. I do not want to go through bariatric surgery for this. If there is help out there, I sure could use it. I enjoy gardening, cooking, scrapbooking and writing. I do not lead a very active life style. I need to get moving more and eat healthier. I need to be accountable for what I do. Any help would be appreciated.
I do not lead any active lifestyle whatsoever. I am sedentary and need to get off my duff and start moving. At 290 pounds, I need motivation and support to get me going. Any help or tips would be wonderful also.
