  hey, i know how you feel my mom didnt beleve me either at first i just went own my own and told my school consolors i was honest with them and they had called my mom for me and we went from there. so i hope this helps

  You sud talk to ur mom about seeing a therapist, since she wont help then see if u can start therapy.

  Thanks for the hug, I have a 17 yo son named Tyler. He doesn't sleep either. He complains he is always tired during the day & he is always on the go. I don't know how I can help him sleep, but I worry about him. He has adhd. I am sorry your going through this. You being 17 you should be full of life. If you ever just want to talk drop me a line.   I have Insomnia too, I haven't slept in 8 weeks so far. I am about to lose my mind. Because I don't know why I quit sleeping out of the blue. I have to take Ambien & muscle relaxers just to get a few winks a night. It has taking its toll on my mind and body. I have been sick alot since I quit sleeping. I am going to go to a specialty doctor to check my hormones, if they are out of whack it will keep you from sleeping. What about you? Pamm
