About Me
My husband and I found out we were pregnant with our first child on January 9, 2008. My OB confirmed on January 14, 2008 and stated that our due date was September 13, 2008. The pregnancy was very average according to my doctor. At 19 weeks on April 24, 2008 we found out that we were expecting a little girl. My husband was extactic! I went in for a routine check up and Glucose screening on June 30, 2008. My OB could not find a heartbeat and ordered and ultasound. There was no heartbeat. My husband was with me on a fluke because we were going to the hospital in Gulfport after the appointment to be with my sister after back surgery. We went across the street to the hospital. Maris was born on July 2, 2008. She was 29 weeks and 4 days 1lb and 10 oz. My sweet girl's funeral was on July 5, 2008. This is the hardest thing I have ever had to face. I pray EVERYDAY for God's grace and strenght to make it through the day.

Close Stillbirth
Maris Young Sumrall was born on July 2, 2008. We discovered that her heart was not beating on June 30th at a regular appointment. Her funeral was on July 5, 2008.
Close Pregnancy After Loss/Infertility
My husband and I lost our sweet girl Maris at 29 weeks. She was quietly born on July 2, 2008. It is still an unexplained stillbirth. We are currently pregnant with another little girl. I am praying for a healthly, crying baby at the end of July.
