Was a caregive to my mother for 4 years who passed July 29, 2008.

Mom died on July 29, 2008, at 3:30 pm. She was my best friend.
Open Diets & Weight Maintenance
Battled weight issues since I was around 10 years old (50 years old now). My mom died in July and my weight went from 150 to 165. I am an emotional eater. I exercise sporadically, although I did regularly in the past.
Treatments
- Counting Calories Somewhat Helpful
- Food diaries do help unless I get fed up and throw them out if I cheat.
- Eating Healthier Foods Somewhat Helpful
- Always works but I like junk food too!
- Eat Less Working / Worked
- If I could do this I wouldn't be here.
- Physical Exercise Working / Worked
- Always works but I've been too depressed to stick with it.
Open Prostate Cancer
Husband diagnosed with prostate cancer today.
Open Family & Friends of Cancer Patients
Husband diagnosed with prostate cancer. Won't know the extent of the disease until next week
Open Pet Bereavement
17 1/2 year old Chihuahua died in August. I have lost many pets over the years. Now my 12 year old cat is very ill. They are my babies.
