Humira Working / Worked

I have been on this for almost 2 years and has been working well with other combo drugs; only side effect so far is susceptability for infection more likely

Methotrexate Working / Worked

Has worked well with other combo of Humira and plaquenil but I had trouble with mouth and nose sores, inability to fight off an infection fast enough, and headaches when I was on 8 tablets per day(once a week)--Also take this medicine at night and your side effects won't be as bad as when you take it in the morning(I always felt like crap the day of)

Plaquenil Working / Worked

I had really bad stomach problems with this when I took 2 pills (500mg each) a day. I since have backed off to 1 pill per day and the stomach pain, cramping, and the frequent bowel movements (3 or more a day) has backed off to a tolerable/very slight amount.

Prednisone Working / Worked

This medicine made me feel like SUPERWOMAN!!!--I had so much energy! I took this in the beginning of my treatment to reduce swelling while my other meds got into my system(about 3 months)

Close Post Partum Depression

I had my son 3 years ago and had a very bad labor and delivery.I was in labor for 24 hrs and went 8 hours before I took any pain meds and 20 hours before I finally got an epidural.I thought I would progress normally and just thought "IT WON"T BE MUCH LONGER".I finally got my epidural and 2 hours later it was time to push.After 45 min of pushing and no progress my midwive decided to turn my EPIDURAL OFF! to push harder! By the time I had my son I felt EVERYTHING! He weighed 9lbs 9oz!!! OWW!

Cymbalta Working / Worked

I took this medicine for a year and it helped wonderfully. It gave me energy and made my thoughts very clear and I didnt get so overwhelmed by the little things anymore. After about 9 months of taking it I started to feel very flatline and didnt have much emotion. I slowly stepped down off of it and now I feel like I used to before the medication. I still have my days where I get upset about something but I am able to handle it with logic and calmness.

I went to counseling for two months and it really helped to talk to someone with an outside look on things to say that it was something real that I was dealing with.
