I have alot of worry. Also Acid Reflux, and Barret's Esaphagus Taking Klonopin as needed.I Meditate, and hang onto my faith and spiritual beliefs. Letting go of negative people, places and things.

- Antacids Not Working
- Avoid Certain Foods / Chemicals Somewhat Helpful
- NO salts, coffee, acidy fruits, sugars, oils, and fatty foods. Bland diet. Exciting huh? lol
