It bothers me to no end that these doctors are in control of wether or not we can support our families. I wish I could do something for you. I have fibromyalgia and osteo arthritis, I was approved first time out. I dont understand why you didnt get approved. This ticks me off big time.

Don't give up! I got disability within 6 months, but I have several Drs. and several different things going on. Have you provided them with all of your Dr., hospitals, lab records? Also, you should have a person that is in charge of your case (collecting your information) at SS, I did a lot of work with mine and even would call her when something else happened. You can ask for your own review also--even though you have an attorney working on it. It should not take a year, that doesn't make sense to me! I'll be thinking of you! Judy

I HAVE BEEN OVERCOME WITH DEGENERATIVE ARTHRITIS AND COPD AND ALREADY HAD SEIZURES. I AM DEALING WITH CHRONIC PAIN AND AM NO LONGER ABLE TO GET AROUND WELL DUE TO LOSS OF ALL CARTILEDGE IN KNEES. MY GIFTS AND THINGS THAT EXPRESSED WHO I WAS AND ABOUT ME WAS TO WRITE OR PLAY PIANO. NOW DUE TO THE RAPID SPREAD OF THE ARTHRITIS I AM NOT ABLE TO DO MUCH OF THAT ANYMORE DUE TO THE PAIN. WICH IN TURN MAKES ME FEEL LOST. I NO LONGER FEEL LIKE ANYONE BECAUSE I NO LONGER HAVE A WAY TO EXPRESS MYSELF.
