Well. another small obstacle in my path. My publisher is flaking on me. I went with a first time publisher to get the attention I need. I thought they would work really hard to get stuff done. It seemed like I waited more than anything. I finally just told them that if they didn't have time to commit to this and get it out that I would understand. They had taken on more than they were prepared to handle in my opinion. SO I decided to self publish. I have submitted everything and should see if it passed inspection in the next 24 hours. I now get to set the price and control a few other things that will help. I only get like 40% of each book but it would have been less with a publisher. I at least get to keep the price down so people might actually buy it. It is a short read and will hopefully lead to a bigger and longer book someday. This has been a learning process. Maybe I can get picked up by a big publisher or in the oprah book club....lol
I wish. I will be happy to sell a couple of them.

oprah would be good ;) good luck to you and keep moving forward.
writing is a wonderful way to reflect on MS, it creates a lasting journal and helps others see they are not alone in this.

My book was approved last week and I should get the proff in the mail in a few days. If everything looks good I should be able to have it on sale in just a couple of weeks. I'm really excited. Now if someone buys a copy that will be even better......LOL

Oprah has had some bad luck with the books as of late, but I guess they say bad press or good press does not matter, you just need press!
