Monday I started coming down with a cold. On Tuesday the cold was a little worse, and this morning it was unbarrable. The headaches were worse and more sever than they have been in a long time. Because of my Chiari and asma, I went to my allergist today and tested positive for H1N1. She said I probably wouldn't have gotten it but because I was already fighting symptoms for my Chiari my body was already tired when my son brought the H1N1 Flu home from school. No one told me that because of my Chiari that I was likely to catch this and for it to be bad. I am misserable.

I was asking my doctor the other day what to call the chiari headaches that I get. Because we all know that they are not really headaches. They are severe pains in the back of the skull, inside. They are extreme and I mean they can be an elephant standing on a mouse pain full that radiates to the eyes, ears, neck, chest, shoulders, upper back, cheeks, forhead, jaw and well I wish it only felt like just a head ache. So I was reading this artical at www.conquerchiari.com and they said they are basically considered migrains. Chiari Migrains because of the pounding. I have always thought Migrains are based on vains in the brain, but these are not, these are Chiari Migrains, Based on the spinal fluid and the tonsils. Just some interesing information I learned from a new website.
