my step daughter had a hard first day at dance camp.  I really tried to emphasize that these things are intense but kids don't really ever believe their parents do they???

That is my first for that sort of thing.  I do know about these things.  After I retired from gymnastics, I became a dancer and performer.  I went to dance camps and all this stuff she is now getting into but what do I know, I am just an old fuddy duddy parent right?

lol.  laughing really hard.  I am now officially an old fuddy duddy parent!!!!!! wow, thats exciting!!!  I am never going to be "cool".  I am officially seen as a "mom' or step-mom in the technical sense.  It makes me very happy.

I love her so much.  She is just the twinkle in my eye!  I never thought i would be married ever much less be a parent.  i never had keds and cant have kids biologically.  and in my life came my hubby and his daughter.  God is good.
