It is a great day to be sober God.
and to practice healthy food behaviors.

I have been working on what I want to say at the artist talk for my show coming up. It is good timing becuase it allows me to be reminded of willingness. and all it takes is saying "yes" and God does provide from their.
Today, I am willing.

oh yes I love love love the song. it talks about the winter and the last unicorn shimmering and playing. it is so beautiful.
