God is wonderful aint he?
or higher power or whom ever you may call the something greater than yourself. for me its God.
If you would have asked me 6 days ago that I would be saying I have 6 days eating 3 times a day. no binging. no purging. nada. wow. lol lol lol.
It is a struggle though. my silly thinking said today not to eat lunch because i had done something positive. so I had to rewind that thought and eat lunch.
Today was actually three decent meals. which is huge too.
Maybe there is hope.
I have been doing things I have never been able to do in the past few days and wow. it feels good.
