      Get news! I also am eating fiber. My Gi wants me to get 35-45 grams a day. That is hard as I never got the recommended 25 before. I love the Khasi cookies @4 grams!

    • Close Diverticulitis

      Admitted to hospital with sudden upper GI pain and high WBC count. Gallbladder was suspected, especially since I have 7-8 stones. Was in hospital 3 nights with numerous tests before CT scan diagnosed diverticulitis in 3 spots. Stayed in one more night with IV antibiotics and am on the 9th day of 10 of antibiotics.
