mom is in hospice and declining quickly . I am very sad but somehow want her out of her misery. It is a very confusing feeling.My sister and I are giving her 24 hr. care . It takes 2 at a time. I just want the best care for her and I believe we are giving it to her.she is now bed bound and hardly eating at all ,maybe a few bites a day.The up side is that she taking in alot of liquids.HOSPICE...what does mean?....peace I hope

I suppose they just came up with the word to describe warm and loving and kind people who take care of you when you can no longer take care of yourself, I think they are saints. I am holding you all in my prayers. Love Naomi xoxo
