  hi i know how you feel ! sometimes you feel not to bad the next day ? bloody awful !!!! iv'e been told i may need an op to replace my disc ! not sure about that ! apart from that an extra £750 pounds english is what my dentist has asked of me for further treatment with a splint ! your in my thoughts !! nice ones god bless you glyn.

  hiya ! i know what you are going through,ask about the anti deppressant amitriptyline,this will help you at least get a decent nights sleep ! iv'e been on it for years,great help,makes your mouth a bit dry but it helps !! pain killers ! butran patches buprenorphine are a great help as well ! you wear them on your arm,and they realease 20 micro grams of pain killer every hour ! also remidine might help your headaches ! i feel for you in yuor plight ,so take care,contact me any time ! lots of love to you ! glyn.
