Just keep remembering where you came from. That is a major accomplishment. Do not compare yourself to others and their progress. Everyone is different. I know it is difficult to not feel as if you are a failure at times but you know the truth.

Thank you for your kind words.I can't wait to eat real food. I have been watching a show called,Cooking yourself thin" and I believe we could use some of those tips. Have you ever seen it?

I am 3 weeks out of surgery and dearly wish I was 12 weeks out like yourself. I am so sick of eating baby food and cottage cheese.I'm tired all the time and wonder will my life ever return to normal? Since I am normally the encourager to others, I am sending you a hug.Remember how you felt before surgery, health wise and appearance? You have come a long way, 50 lbs is a huge accomplishment, be proud of yourself. Don't think just because you had gastric bypass that you somehow cheated the process of losing weight, you still have to follow this plan to make it work and you are doing that!! Keep up the good work......
