Up till my episode of TEN in February, I was working part-time as an Administrative Assistant for a Non-profit; and going to school. I'm working towards a degree in Sociology - then Social Work. I live with SLE, DHRD, Epilepsy, Asthma, Endometriosis, a Heart Murmur, and Acid Reflux. In February of 2008 Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis almost took my life. I am very blessed to be here today.

Advocacy, Reading, Writing, Singing (only for the boy though), and working towards a state of wellness so I can return to school in January of 2009.

I was diagnosed with SLE in 2000. I've been on all the treatment medications, and am now left on Imuran (which is not working since April).
I was diagnosed with Juvennile Myoclonic Seizures/Absense Seizures this January. I was then put on Lamictal, and within 3 weeks, developed TEN from the drug.
