I've been a sex addict since approximately 1995, though probably longer.

- Abstinence Not Working

Close ADHD / ADD
Within the past year I have come to realize that I have been a full blown sufferer of ADD since I was very young. I have also come to realize that my compulsive sex addiction is the result of my ADD as a form of self medication (seeking stimulation).
Treatments
- Fish Oil Working / Worked
- 3 years ago I started supplementing my diet with Omega 3, 6, 9 long chain phospholipids which has rid me of many of the symptoms of Dyspraxia, Apraxia, Dyslexia and "Ring of Fire" ADD.
