47 days ago, I listed as my goal to loose 10 lbs at a time.
Breaking the last half of my weight loss into small ncrements
seemed like a good idea at the time.
So, 47 days ago......
Today. 5 lbs off. Had 9 off and keep regaining and loosing the same
few pounds. After 47 days.....no excuse.
So, kick me in the ass before it gets any bigger, ok?

You're getting there... I have had so many people tell me that the key to them losing the weight was the protein and consuming it at even intervals through the day. Whether it be from supplements of food and getting in lots of water.. both things I am sure you already know. I am not sure what you are doing for exercise but have you tried changing that up as well? Good Luck!
