I've been walking at night after dinner and that helps so much.
I've lost 4 lbs and with walking I am sleeping better too.
I just have to keep it up, it would be so nice to look at the scale next week and see it under 260, cause it hasn't been that low since 2005. I know I can do it.

Loose at least 8 lbs a mo
