I guess most of my being depressed was about my dad. He is 68 and has always looked like he just left a concentration camp. You could see every bone in his body. Despite being soo grossly skinny he has always been active, well about a month a go he started forgetting things that were part of his daily life. He went to his doc and after 68 years they finally tested his thyroid. It was so hyper active they rushed him to emergancy surgery. Go figure. To boot my mom was a doc her self and she never thought to have him tested. Well in a matter of 2 days he is home doing well and back to normal telling his usual very bad jokes that we have all heard amillion times. And shockingly sitting at my desk today I realised that I am feeling better. So even though I am in pain always It wasnt my pain or kids. Who would have thunk it.
