Been a heavy *smoker* for ~ 10 yrs. I resisted quitting (counselor's idea) for a long time, but I finally read enough/educated myself to the point that I actually decided I want to do it...not for my counselor, but for me. I have a LOT of anxiety, especially within the last year and have used pot to deal. Now I can see it is probably only making things worse. It's been hard to quit...I relapsed on day 10 (1 bowl). Back on the wagon now for 2 days w/ no sleep b/t them. Hope it gets better!
