I am 40 years old and I am 329ibs I am 5'11 I am not happy with my weight at all and I have tried everything I was thinking about having weight loss surgery but I am concerned about that as well I have a kidney disease so I am not the healthiest person in the world to begin with I dont want to be a super model I just want to be able to take my kids and my grandson to an amusment park and I want to be able to go on the rides with them I cant do that now

I have polyscystic kidney disease inherited from my father who passed away last sept from kidney failure and I would love to talk with others about the disease
