Close Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Type: Relapsing-remitting MSI was diagnosed w/ RRMS in October 2006.
Treatments
- Copaxone Not Working
- I thought it was really helping but I guess not. I keep having flare ups.
- Prednisone Working / Worked
- Works for a while. Knocks the intial flare up symptoms out pretty fast but I keep getting new ones and having to take more.
- Tysabri Somewhat Helpful
- Have had several infusions. In the beginning I was in the starting stages of a relaps just before my first one and about 2 weeks after the infusion it cleared up. Didn't progress just kinda plataud and then got better, no steroids YAY. Made it through my wedding and have not felt this good in at least two years. Still need to pace myself but I'm liking the results.
