I think we are taking Christian to an outside little town fair this Sunday. I really need to get out of the house! I am very scared of him getting sick but my pediatrician recommended leaving him in a sling so people don't get to close to him. I will give it a try on Sunday!
Right now I think we are heading outside on this fall day for a little walk. :o) We will bundle up!!!

I'm so happy for you, it really is the most amazing feeling to see our babies after all this time and the love you feel for them is unlike anything you've ever felt. I hope you're able to get over those clog ducts soon, I know breastfeeding is challenging enough without any problems. Keep at it though I promise it will get easier. I think at about 4-5 weeks it became less painful and I felt like I could nurse her in my sleep. Now at 6 weeks I can walk around nursing her and everything. You're doing a great thing for Christian.
We took Anella everywhere in her Ergo, even from 2 weeks old just walking around to fairs and outside cafes it'll be great to get out! Enjoy!!!!
So glad to get an update, I think of you all the time and am just so happy that your on this amazing journey

I'm glad things are going so well, except for the breastfeeding trouble. He's a lucky little guy to have you.

Isn't it amazing???? I totally understand about the staring thing! I totally give you props on sticking with the breastfeeding too! Oh, and I do NOT want to return to work either :( Ashton will be 4 weeks on friday and I'm already sad (but happy for his health and developement) that he's bigger. his little feet have plumped up (they were soooo skinny!) just knowing I'll never see them that little again makes me emotional! Sorry I'm rambling! But I'm sure you will understand what I mean haha. Anyway, glad things are going well!

Im so happy everything is going well with your little man. Sorry to hear about the clogged ducts though. I agree with the other ladies, breast feeding does get easier. When I was still in the hospital I was having a bit of difficulty getting him latched on and was crying from frustration. but it definitely gets so much better. I love it. Its such an amazing bonding experience and for me didnt really hurt much after the first few weeks. Hope it gets better soon! Have a great time at the fair~ sounds fun. We might bring Leopold to an apple festival on Saturday, weather permitting. Have a good weekend!
