I made this video and put it on youtube. I just want everyone to know what happened, and make sure people ask for help. Have a safety plan in place before you get desperate. A safety plan has many layers. From ways to calm yourself, to friends to call, crises line numbers, hospitals, mobile crises intervention. Giving all your means to someone you trust. Without any reason a person can take their life in just a moment, not realizing what the outcome will be. Thank you for taking the time to watch this.

I was impressed with your video. It had some very nice shots of you. Sometimes we feel alone but we are very much the same. Life has its up and downs. I too have been in situations of sucide and than something happened to change it all. I want to live now and fullfill my life.

I've talked to my therapist about suicide. I asked her why save someone who wants to die. She said, because afterwards those who are saved say they are glad someone helped. I think about dying but I'm also curious about the future. Thanks for the hugs. Hope you are better.

Thank-you! I think I need to make a plan but don't know who I would call in a crisis. I do rely alot on God and trying to think of things to be grateful and thankful for when I am feeling down. Felt really bad last night-but always tell myself that I want to live! Feel asleep and feel better today. I just feel the need to talk to someone once in awhile and not sure where to turn. Coming here REALLY helps alot! It is hard to find people who are going through the same thing as me. Thank-you for writing this journal:0)
