got up. got dressed. got to gym.by 8:am. did the machines. wore myself out. couldn't take class. went home and my throat is sore again. trying to get back to where i was before the flu,etc. will take more time. did what i could. proud of that. using heavier weights for arms. indian friend told me to challenge the body. of course no one there knows how i feel. can't be competative. just do what i can. glad i came home. don't understand sore throat again. thought i was all better. just goes to show i did a little too much. got heart rate up to 95. seeing sleep dr. today. checking on cpap machine again. hope my graph looks better. don't know if i need vaacine for hini, after having illness.
