I got my period too! Hahaha we're on the same wavelength! Doesn't it just want you to eat everything in sight?? Feel better! These tough times just are there to test us...little challenges to prove to ourselves that we can handle anything that comes our way...just takes a lot of effort and come character xox

I just read your post in diets and weight management. I first, want to wish you the best with your journey. Secondly, I wanted to recommend a great book that I recently purchased for myself..."The Power of Positive Thinking", by Norman Vincent Peale. I would buy it for everyone I know if I could! It's very powerful stuff and judging by the groups you belong to, I think you would benefit from it. I got in at Borders on the bargain table. Best of luck to you!
