andrew, first of all, the key word here is SELF-SACRIFICE! the reason you csnt take anymore is that you sacrifice helping yourself to help others, but you need to sacrifice helping others someinte to help your self. its all about balance. without that we'd all fall apart. you need to find a sense of balance or else it will drive you to the edge.
